• A. 20% of what we save you. So if we don't save you money, you don't pay.

• Q. How quickly can you negotiate for us?
• A. Immediately.

• Q. What is the lowest priced item that you will negotiate on?
• A. Any. However, with items under £1000 our fee is a minimum of £100.

• Q. How do you do it?
• A. We visit or phone the retailer or vendor and negotiate the best posible discount for you.

• Q. How will I know exactly how much you have saved me?
• A. We establish with you the price that you have agreed to pay and from that point what ever extra we save you, thats what you pay the 20% on.
